We have a new favorite WordPress plug-in to add to the list. It is called Yoast Duplicate Post, brought to you by the same great people who brought you Yoast SEO.

The methods of Website Development continue to evolve and many WordPress themes are now coming pre-bundled with page layout tools such as PageLayer, WP Bakery, etc. These are great for building page designs with advanced styling techniques and CSS effects. The downside is to replicate the look, page after page, means rebuilding all the layout elements. When you are building a 20 page website, and 10 of those pages are essentially the same layout, Yoast Duplicate Post saves the work day. Rather than spending time bouncing back and forth between all the style elements settings, colour hex numbers and more, simply duplicate a page and then change the page name, content, meta data, and you are done. Much faster and the consistency in design is ensured.
